Our 4K class is bubbling with excitement about the coming of Christmas. Just a week ago, I asked the children what Christmas meant to them. They all talked about the presents that they will get, the cookies they like to eat, the decorations and Santa Claus. This past week and this week we have been talking about the true meaning of Christmas, and when asked again they all said “Christmas is baby Jesus!” How awesome!
We have been decorating our room with hand print holly strung on our lights, strings of fruit loops, and sticky tape chains and decorations which are quite creative. We enjoy listening to our Christmas music and reading lots of different Christmas stories. In the next few weeks we’ll even get to make Christmas cookies.
We hope you can join us for our upcoming festivities in these next few weeks! Thank you for all you do!
