Join Concordia University School’s Parent Council
Concordia University School's Parent Council (PC) would like to welcome new and returning parents to our school community. Concordia University School is looking to create a proud history of active parent involvement and we want to invite you to join us in making a difference in the quality of school life for our children.
Our PC is active in four (4) important areas: School community, Culture, Recreation/Family and Fundraising. The PC plans to publish a monthly newsletter with valuable information concerning Concordia University School. Last but not least, the PC plans to publish a helpful directory which lists the Parent Council calendar, review of school rules and regulations, and contact information for the staff of the Concordia University School community.
We want our Parent Council partnership with Concordia University School to provide the willingness of parents to get involved in the school and the council. The parent council meetings are the second Tuesday of each month from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Every parent with a child enrolled in the school is an automatic member of the council. Minutes will be recorded from each meeting and made available to members. If you are new to our school, we hope you will take this opportunity to join the Parent Council. If you are a returning member, we look forward to your continued support.
To date, Concordia University School PC has provided the following to Concordia University School and its children:
- Field Trips including transportation
- Smart Boards and televisions in the classrooms
- Portable sound system for the gym
- Caps & gowns for graduation
We hope you will get involved in this fun and worthwhile opportunity. We look forward to seeing you at Parent Council meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
